The ‘Why’ Services; creating purpose led businesses

As Simon Sinek says “people don’t buy what you do they buy why you do it” and we couldn’t agree more. In order to connect with your team and your customers, you have to be clear on your reason for being, beyond just making a profit. But, we've all sat in vision workshops which produce some great posters for the staffroom but don't have a tangible impact on the business over the long term. Let's not do that.

For this work to have an impact it has to be authentic. We combine a robust process, empathy and the ability to tell a story and use this to bring your purpose to life. This is not something that can be done for you, it has to be done with you. We do this as a standalone piece of work or as the foundation for one of our other services.

With your team we go through an inspiring and fun process to help articulate your reason for being, your vision, your mission and your core values. Then we look at how you will actually bring this to life. Finally we go away and wordsmith this to make sure the story connects with your team and customers.
